1. About these terms
Khimaira Studios Ltd, trading as Santorini Minibus, operates santoriniminibus.com and acts as the booking agent. Transfer services are provided by JTR TRANSFER SERVICES O.E. of Perissa, Santorini, Greece. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and that you are authorised to book for every passenger in your party.
2. Booking and confirmation
A submitted request is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation. You are responsible for checking the pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, contact information, and other journey details shown in that confirmation. Contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros and apply to the journey and passenger count selected during booking. Any additional service or material route change may require a revised price. Khimaira Studios Ltd arranges the booking and payment as agent for the transport provider. JTR TRANSFER SERVICES O.E. is the transport supplier and will issue the customer receipt or invoice for the full transfer price. Online card payments are processed by Stripe; neither Santorini Minibus nor JTR TRANSFER SERVICES O.E. stores complete card details.
4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Full refund more than 72 hours before pickup; 50% refund between 48 and 72 hours; no refund less than 48 hours before pickup or for no-shows. Read the complete Cancellation and Refund Policy. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Pickup information and delays
You must provide accurate arrival, accommodation, and contact details and be ready at the agreed pickup point. Notify us as soon as possible about a flight, ferry, or personal delay. Waiting time, rescheduling, or additional charges may apply where a delay is outside our control; any applicable amount will be communicated before it is charged.
6. Passengers, luggage, and special requests
The passenger and luggage count must not exceed the capacity confirmed for your vehicle. Tell us before booking about oversized luggage, sports equipment, mobility requirements, child seats, or other special requests. A request is only accepted when it is confirmed in writing.
7. Passenger conduct and safety
Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions and behave in a way that does not endanger the driver, vehicle, other passengers, or the public. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. We may refuse or end a journey where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or likely to damage the vehicle.
8. Events outside reasonable control
Journey times may be affected by traffic, port congestion, road closures, weather, strikes, flight or ferry disruption, and other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to provide the confirmed service but cannot guarantee journey duration where such events intervene.
9. Liability
JTR TRANSFER SERVICES O.E. is responsible for performing the confirmed transport service with reasonable care and skill. Khimaira Studios Ltd is responsible for its booking-agent services. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect loss or for loss caused by inaccurate information, passenger conduct, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Personal information
Khimaira Studios Ltd uses booking and contact information to respond to enquiries, arrange transfers, process payments, communicate service updates, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests. 11. Complaints
Raise any issue as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to help. Complaints can be sent to [email protected] with your booking details and a clear description of the issue.
12. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your booking is confirmed will apply to that booking.
